Ubicado en el entorno natural de Miches, este vivero está diseñado para cultivar una amplia variedad de plantas, destinadas a embellecer los jardines de los futuros hoteles Secrets y Dreams Playa Esmeralda de los Hyatt Inclusive Collection. Con cada especie, el vivero contribuye a la creación de paisajes vibrantes que complementarán estos exclusivos desarrollos en el Caribe.
Se diseñó el paisajismo de Latitud 18 en Piantini, Santo Domingo, integrando plantas como Palma Robellini, Esparraguera, Ficus Lyrata y Trinitarias. La intervención logra un equilibrio entre estética y funcionalidad, complementando la arquitectura moderna y ofreciendo un entorno relajante y armonioso.
Currently, we are carrying out the landscaping work and the automatic irrigation system for the new hotel in Punta Cana, Secrets Tides. This landscape project is especially focused on the use of native plants, thus prioritizing the preservation and promotion of local biodiversity.
The landscaping was designed and executed under a framework of selection of native and protected species from the Los Haiteses National Park. A collaboration was carried out with the Botanical Garden of Santo Domingo, for this selection of native flora. One of the attractive points of the project was the creation of organic gardens for the consumption and enjoyment of hotel guests.
The 4km road has two roundabouts where a Saman has been placed in the central part. The garden is made up of 4m of Bermuda grass and a sinuous hedge of the native plant, Zamia pumila, to give movement, creating a perfect balance between architecture and nature.

This year 2024, renovations were carried out around the tennis courts northeast of the hotel. 2m trees were planted such as Ceibas, Saman, Almonds and Pink Oaks. The grass was also planted, Guayigas, Wedelias, Alocasias, Palmas licuala, Portulaca rubricaulis.

The expansion and optimization of our nursery inside the Ocean El Faro by H10 hotel is being carried out. Shaded, semi-shaded areas and the automatic irrigation system are being included.
This year, comprehensive renovations were carried out on all the landscaping around the Hilton La Romana water park.
We are currently in the process of installing the gardens and the automated irrigation system in the roads, the cul-de-sac, the play area, and the rest of the Amber Residential in Playa Nueva Romana.
In this project we executed the landscaping design presented by ECO in conjunction with GVA architects. The scope of the gardening work was earth moving, planting coconut palms, trees, palms, shrubs, lawns and carpets, as well as the complete execution of the automated irrigation system.
An automated irrigation system was installed throughout the property. Male ferns and Podocarpus were planted in the parking area and in front of the beach.
In 2021 Green Garden team designed and executed the entire project of the complex’s gardens and green spaces.
